2. Services
Treazury provides institutional-grade ZK payments infrastructure for cross-border stablecoin settlement on Starknet. Our services include payment processing, vault management, and compliance tools.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to qualified institutional clients, including enterprises, trade agencies, and financial institutions. Individual retail access may be restricted based on jurisdiction.
4. Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including AML/KYC requirements. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate compliance standards.
5. Fees
Transaction fees are limited to network costs on Starknet. We do not charge hidden spreads or additional percentages. Fee schedules are available in the platform dashboard.
6. Limitation of Liability
Treazury is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
